Data Deletion
How to ask FirModel to delete your data, including the data Shaher receives from Facebook, Instagram and Telegram.
In short
- Write to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my data”.
- We delete your data within 30 days and tell you when it is done.
- You can also remove Shaher’s access from your Facebook settings at any time.
Ask us to delete your data
Write to [email protected] from the email address you use with us, with the subject “Delete my data”. Tell us your name, your business, and the Facebook Page, Instagram account or Telegram account you connected.
If you messaged a business that uses Shaher and want your messages deleted, write to us with the name of the business and the account you messaged from.
What we delete
Your account; the photos, clips and notes you sent; the posts, replies and reports Shaher prepared; the customer messages it relayed; the insights it collected; and the access it held to your Pages and accounts. Posts already published stay on your Page or account until you delete them there.
How long it takes
We delete your data within 30 days of your request and tell you when it is done. Records the law requires us to keep, such as invoices, are kept only for as long as required.
Remove Shaher’s access on Facebook
On Facebook, open Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Business integrations. Choose Shaher and select Remove. Shaher then stops receiving data from your Page and Instagram account. To delete what we already hold, write to us as above.
Stop Shaher on Telegram
Stop or block Shaher in Telegram, and it no longer receives your messages. To delete what we already hold, write to us as above.
